Instructions for Contacting Me Directly

The Internet makes things a lot faster, just not always better or easier. The best way to contact me is the one that's most effective for you, right then.

For three decades I have had a policy, if it's not for you - there is no charge.

That's because I want you to feel comfortable asking me anything, without the fear that you'll have to pay me for a simple answer.

Unlike those folks whose strategy is based on their desire to keep their special information secret - available only to those willing to pay for it, before they'll even talk to them - I have taken the opposite approach.

It is my objective to help you puzzle out how to do-it-yourself. My books and conference call presentations are based on the premise that about 99% of the time the best and most effective way for you to get whatever you need - is with a little help from your (association) friends.

On the other hand, perhaps I know someone who can help you sort out the issues you are facing, make a presentation in person to your organization, or help you establish your own B2B peer group process. Who knows?

So, if you want to talk with me personally, give me a call. In a few short minutes we can discuss what could otherwise take numerous emails back and forth between us.

Or send me an email. You will notice that my email address below is not "clickable" - now that everyone on earth knows how to copy and paste, it's no longer necessary. Gone forever are the days when we sat around hoping for email. Now we get so much, why encourage the spam bots constantly trolling for email addresses to find it?

Be as specific as possible when you email me or when you leave your message with Shauna, if I'm not there. That will make my follow up more effective and save us all time. If you want me to give you some free advice, say so, I am happy to do it. If you want to interview me or have me make a presentation to your group or help you set up a peer group among your contemporaries - tell me when you contact me so I will be as prepared as possible when I get back to you.
