Once I found the free blogging videos, in the META category of the nav bar, and saw how easy it would be to set up, I figured I would create three blogs at the same time.

This is my ‘personal’ blog and by that I mean it will consist of my personal opinions and observations for the most part. The other two blogs are for our company and even though I play a significant role in it - I don’t want anyone to confuse anything I say with being the opinion of any of my partners.

The purpose of my blog is to share some of my ideas, opinions and experiences, the things I have done right during my career as a consultant to family businesses.

I have boxes of notes and a couple of file cabinets full of experiences that I’ll be sharing. It will take a lot of posts to convert these experiences into transferrable ideas and actionable strategies you can use if you want to. In addition I will tell you where I have made mistakes (those are etched in my memory - no file cabinet could hold them all) so you can learn from my experiences, without having to repeat them. And I’ll tell you about the tools I am using every day.

There will be also be articles written by others that I have bought as part of a most unusual service, one that is ideal for me since it allows me to add my comments to these articles and schedule them to be posted regularly without my intervention.

This service was what I’d been waiting for. I describe it and the process I am using (and so can you) on the page “Content Engine” here in the nav bar.
